# Hardware issues

Beberapa member (sweet device) pm dan tag saya di grup [Telegram](https://t.me/RedmiNote10ProID), \
Mendapatkan keluhan device-nya dengan gejala / *symtomp*:

* **Audio**
  * *(Speaker & Earphone / IEM / Headset)* tidak berfungsi
* **System UI isn’t responding**
  * Saat di Home Screen atau kita sedang buka aplikasi selalu freeze sampai muncul *System UI isn’t responding*
* **Video Recording**
  * Perekam video tidak berfungsi
* **Camera**
  * Camera Depan / Belakang tidak bisa, Tapi kalo aplikasi pihak ke 3 misal GCam bisa.
  * Camera belakang Black & White (B/W)
* **Sound Effects**
  * Tidak bisa membuka / Force Close **sound effects** (Settings ➜ Sound & Vibration ➜ Sound Effects)
* **Dan banyak hal yang bikin malfungsi**

Dan akhirnya mereka mengirimkan Devicenya ke saya ([**FaultX.Repair**](/rn10p-docs/faultx-repair.md)) untuk diperbaik.

Singkatnya ini masalah di **chipset CPU**.\
\&#xNAN;*Jika dibiarkan terlalu lama efeknya adalah **mati total**, atau harus ganti **Chipset CPU**.*

## Solusi  <a href="#solusi" id="solusi"></a>

1. **Flash Stock ROM MIUI**\
   Coba kamu flash ke stock rom MIUI dahulu **via MiFlash** (`flash_all`).\
   Jika masalahnya belum teratasi berarti harus ke *Solusi nomor 2 atau 3*.
2. **Reballing chipset CPU**\
   Datanglah ke tempat service / repair terpercaya untuk di cek ulang.\
   Untuk biaya sangat varian (estimasi): Rp 400,000 - Rp 1,000,000 dan ini tergantung lokasi.
3. **Ganti Mainboard**\
   Ya, cara mudah tapi mahal ganti mainboard.\
   bisa cek harga resmi (jika masih tersedia)

### Warning

Jika terkena beberapa issues diatas, jauh lebih baik langsung diservis.\
Jika dibiarkan terlalu lama biasanya berujung mati-total dan tidak bisa diservis, kecuali ganti mainboard (mesin).
